DeKAA PicStudioPrivacy Policy
DeKAA PicStudio ("we", "us") provides an AI photo and video upscaling service. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
- Account info: Your Google email and display name when you sign in. Used to issue and track your credit balance.
- Uploaded files: Photos and videos you submit are processed on our servers, returned to you, and then deleted from temporary storage. We do not use your files to train AI models.
- Payments: Card top-ups are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details — Stripe handles them directly. We keep only a payment reference for each purchase.
- Usage logs: Anonymized request logs for debugging and abuse prevention.
How long we keep your data
- Uploaded files: 24 hours in customer Drive folder (deletable by you), then cleaned automatically.
- Account + credit history: For as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
- Transaction logs: 7 years (Thai tax compliance).
Third-party services
- Google (auth + Drive): Sign-in and result delivery.
- Stripe: Card payment processing.
- Cloudflare: Web traffic delivery and DDoS protection.
- LINE: Optional — if you choose to use our LINE OA bot instead of the web UI.
Your rights
- Request a copy of your data.
- Request deletion of your account and credit history.
- Stop sign-in from your Google account at any time.
