DeKAA PicStudio respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with applicable copyright law including the Thai Copyright Act and the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) where applicable.
How to file a takedown notice
Send the following information to [email protected] or via LINE OA @dekaapicstudio:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The URL or other identification of the material you are claiming is infringing on DeKAA PicStudio. (Note: we do not host upscaled content publicly — it is delivered privately to the user.)
- Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate, and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
How we respond
- We will review your notice within 7 business days.
- If your notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who submitted it.
- Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated.
Counter-notification
If you believe a takedown was issued in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same contact above with similar required information.
